Reverend Howard Randolph, the proud pastor of New Faith Missionary Baptist Church is to be celebrated for his vision and the mighty move of God that continues to propel him in the work of spreading God's Word. Understanding the true responsibility of being a pastor, Pastor Randolph spends countless hours developing life-changing sermons that inspire his congregation and others to fully understand and fulfill their purpose in the Body of Christ. He is committed to developing mature believers who understand God's purpose for their life and are willing to live according to the Word of God.

Reverend Howard Randolph was born September 22nd, 1946 to Sam and Ruby Randolph in Rossville, Tennessee. It was apparent at an early age that Pastor Randolph was special. Pastor Randolph received the sign of his calling and acknowledged it in 1972. This calling was confirmed in 1979 when under the leadership of Bishop Claude E. Tear of First Corinthians MB church, he preached his first sermon on November 18th. Less than three years after his initial sermon, Rev. Randolph became the Pastor of New Greater Second MB church located at 1124 East 93rd Street where he faithfully led the flock for 15 years. On Sunday, September 7th, 1997, Reverend Randolph was appointed by the Holy Spirit to accept the mantel that was passed to him by another great leader, the Reverend Leroy Taylor. After discussing the move with his congregation, they too being led by the Holy Spirit packed up house and joined New Faith.

Under the leadership of Pastor Randolph, New Faith has grown from 400 members in 1997 to well over 900 in 2001. We now have eighteen (18) associate ministers and evangelists and 25 deacons with six (6) in training. New Faith's members are excited about learning and spreading the Word of God. The friendly atmosphere at New Faith makes it easy to understand why Pastor Randolph and the New Faith family were recently featured in "The Spiritual Perspective" Magazine as one of the fastest growing churches in America.

Under Randolph's direction, various ministries continued to flourish while new one blossomed at New Faith, including an effective Prison Ministry, Feed the Homeless Program, which feeds local homeless individuals on a weekly basis, Substance Abuse Program, Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry and many more.

Pastor Howard Randolph is focused and is following the mandates of God. We use the phrase, "not for form and fashion", however, many times that statement is given in lip service only. Pastor Randolph, a man of God is on a mission for God. He keeps his ear close to God's heart, listening for His direction and His direction only. To God Be The Glory!
